this site is sort of like our "Cook Book", where we share random amateur recipes, from ready-mix pancakes (Coles) to the exquisite "Ketam Kari".... well, i would say that our menu are mostly dari babu-babu punya... anak-anaknya pandai-pandai me-alterlah... some stuff original pulang :PPP

the idea came about pasal kami ani suka M&M (Masak&Makan) together-gether. hehe... sebenarnya Ms. BB pulang yang masak tu.. the rest suka makan.. :P i think it's fair to say that kami ani masak main antam ganya... :P huhu... and btw, anything eatable is postable!!

"Mustard and Herb Chicken"

heart this chicken recipe heaps. it was Mea who first introduced the woolworths mustard and herb marinade sauce to me. if i'm not mistaken it was about 3 years ago. but seriously! it is so nyamannnn kamu!!! you all should try especially to those in oz lah. pasal di mana jua kan berlurih brand woolworths. if brand lain, i doubt it'll be as nice as woolworths's one. anyway, it only cost you about AUD$2.19 per bottle. cheap right? so why not grab a bottle and try this easy-peasy recipe! kalau kata babuku, "tunggang saja jubur, masak cia!" lol

...inda payah rasa, cium bau saja... - "master chef" BB

Ingredients:
chicken wings OR chicken breast in small chunks or big chunks
woolworths mustard and herb
blended dried chilli (optional)
blended mixture of red onion, garlic, ginger (optional)
salt and msg (optional)

Method:
coat chicken breast or chicken wings with woolworths mustard and herb sauce. marinade for a few hours or overnight. prepared as a stir-fry, pan-fry, oven-baked, BBQ, or grilled. go for which one you like the most. i personally like to stir-fry on a medium heat. tastier but not so healthy. there's not need to add anything extra to compliment the marinade sauce. the sauce is tasty enough! trust me! but as i love blended dried chilli so much in my cooking, so i usually add a tablespoon of it as well as a spoonful of blended mixture of red onion, garlic and ginger, along with a little bit of salt and msg to taste .

Served With:
plain rice, chips, roasted herb potatoes, salads, etc

Tips:

for a more enhanced flavour, add generously the marinade sauce to the chicken breast/wings during cooking and right before taking them away from the heat.
