"Nasi Lemak Ayam"

last night we all dined together again at my place. we had "nasi lemak ayam" this time. it tasted good and was beautifully decorated. i personally enjoyed my food last night and i guess others enjoyed theirs too. it was suggested that if we were to sell the "nasi lemak ayam", we'd sell it for AUD$10. haha. lurus kali tu ah :PPP anchovies are very pricey here and tahai apatah lagi, nada berjual di sini. so we had nasi lemak, ayam goreng, sambal tahai, pusu goreng, sambal nasi lemak, telur rebus, telur dadar istimewa sama timun on a plate! it could have been more merrier and scrumptious if there were peanuts and beef to add to. hehe. there were side dishes served as well, long beans and rock melon, along with fizzy drinks. oh well, we had a great evening dining together, and as Azm said, "it's really a good dish tonight kamu. banar!"

so readers, expect new recipes to come. i will post mine later: "nasi lemak", "sambal nasi lemak", "sambal tahai", and "sayur kacang panjang". Azim's sambal tahai is different from mine. so i guess Azm will also be sharing his "sambal tahai ala Azim" later or some other times. ayam goreng atu i leave it those yang memarinade kan share or inda... keke *hint hint*.
